After a day of building sand castles and splashing in the pool, relax in your living room on the brand-new sleeper sofa, recliner, and two armchairs. Enjoy the ambiance of the of the electric fireplace and watch a movie on the 43” Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, and Amazon Prime. Meal prep is a breeze in the bright, updated kitchen featuring granite counters and an island. Mix a cocktail at the bar and gather at the six-person dining table for an evening of laughter and fun. After dinner, take in the breeze and gulf views on an intimate balcony with seating for four. The tranquil master bedroom has a plush queen bed and a 42” flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination. The guest room has a queen bed, full-size pull out futon for the kids , plus a 32” flat screen TV with DVD player. The adjacent guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. IN the living room, a full size sleeper sofa with added 4" mattress pad is very comfortable for 2 adults. Extras perks include complimentary Wi-Fi. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent at the beach. Shared laundry facilities are located on-site, and two unassigned parking spaces are provided.

This beach side condo can sleep 6 adults with two queen size beds, 1 full size sleeper sofa with 4" foam topper in living room. If you are trying to squeeze a couple more in, there is fold out full size futon in guest BR that can accommodate 1-2 children.

There are several outdoor pools PLUS an indoor pool as well as Hot Tubs, Sauna, Steam Room & Gym located on site. One outdoor pool is heated seasonally.

We typically leave a few beach chairs, beach cart & beach toys in the closet for guest use, but can't guarantee since they may break or go missing from time to time. Chairs & Umbrella may be rented on the beach. Free WiFi available, Kiva Dunes Golf Course is also on the property.

Not only does the condo feature a newly updated kitchen, but there is also Sassy Bass Island Grill on site and Uncle Leo's food truck to choose from. Several charcoal grills on property.

Gulf Front Condo - By staying here, you will be just steps away from the beautiful Gulf Shores beaches. You can even watch the waves from the balcony. Beach Chairs & Umbrella's can be rented on the beach.
